The 12 rooms available are divided into singles, doubles, triples and a quadruple, all with a view of the port of the town and all with internal services, can accommodate a total of 25 people. The shape of the structure and the quiet area in which it is immersed make Oasi Regina Pacis particularly suitable for stays of couples, small groups of families and individual travelers looking to relax in an exclusive seaside location.

The structure offers the following services:

- Large private garden, perfect for walks and quiet moments
- Large terrace with sea view
- Enclosed private uncovered parking with 6 parking spaces available (for a fee - not bookable)

- Wi-fi available only in common areas

In a few minutes from the train station and the city center, the villa is situated less than 200 m from the beach.
