CHECK IN - CHECK OUT

Check in from 14.00 to 18.00. For out of hours needs it will be necessary to make arrangements with the structure; after 10 pm a supplement of 30 euros may be requested. In the event of early arrival, Oasi Regina Pacis guarantees the possibility of leaving luggage at its facility free of charge without assuming responsibility for it and its contents.

Check out by 10. On the day of departure the room must be vacated strictly by 10. For any reason the room is still occupied at that time, a penalty of 50% of the daily cost will be charged unless agreed with the management. Oasi Regina Pacis guarantees the possibility of leaving your luggage free of charge until 18.00 without assuming responsibility for it and its content.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Upon acceptance of the estimate, the guest must pay a deposit equal to 30% of the entire booking amount (excluding tourist tax and any extras) by bank transfer to the coordinates that will be indicated in the document. The estimate will be valid 5 days from the issue. Upon expiry of this period, the estimate will no longer be valid and a new request must be submitted to check availability and rate.

In the event that the date of the estimate is close to the date of the stay and the consequent impossibility of paying the deposit, the guest will be required to pay the entire reservation once he arrives at the facility.

In case of cancellation of the stay beyond the limits established by the estimate, the deposit will NOT be returned unless otherwise agreed with the management.

The Guest who interrupts the stay before the established term will not be entitled to any refund unless otherwise agreed with the management.

The structure accepts payment in cash and with debit and credit cards from all major circuits.

ACCESS TO THE STRUCTURE

During the stay, access to the structure will be carried out independently by the guests through the use of keys that will be provided by Oasi Regina Pacis upon their arrival. Entry and exit will thus be guaranteed 24 hours a day.

HOUSE RULES

The guest is requested to use the utmost respect for the decorum of the house. The Management can take action for any damages caused by the guest.

The Management is not liable for goods or values left unattended by the guest in the rooms.

The guest is required to vacate the room on the day of departure, by 10 am and to return the key in the manner indicated by the management.

It is strongly recommended to avoid noise that can disturb peaceful coexistence, especially from 10.00 pm to 7.00 am
Strangers cannot be brought into the rooms without the permission of the Management.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the structure and in the rooms. It is allowed in outdoor areas always and only in respect of the guests.
In the rooms it is forbidden to use gas cylinders, stoves, space heaters, kettles, irons.
In the rooms it is forbidden to consume meals and/or food that could get dirty.

The guest is required to observe the breakfast and dinner times displayed in the dining room and at the reception unless agreed with the management
Only food and drinks from the House are allowed at the table unless agreed with the management
If it is not present in the personal structure of the house, please note that the same is always available by telephone in case of need.
There is no evening time limit for returning to the facility. Attention is therefore required to noise in respect of the guests present in the structure.

During the stay, upon leaving the structure, the guest will keep the keys to the gate and to his room.
The cleaning of the rooms is done daily between 10 and 1230 and in any case at each change of guest. For this reason it is necessary to vacate the room by 10 am.

In case the guest wants to rest and/or not be disturbed even after the cleaning start time, it will be necessary for him to affix a sign to the door of his room. In this case, the structure will not guarantee bed making and daily cleaning.
The linen will be changed at least once a week except in cases of need or requirement and in any case at each change of guest.

The access of animals is allowed only after agreements with the management and payment of any supplement. The structure does not assume responsibility for any damage to things and/or people caused by animals and consequently this responsibility will be borne exclusively by the owner.

Communications and/or complaints must be presented to the Management of Oasi Regina Pacis, in the person of the manager, who is directly responsible for the smooth running of the structure
The Management of the House reserves the right to expel guests at its sole discretion who, despite having seen it, do not comply with these regulations.
